Meet The Team

Adam Medeiros started Medeiros Benefits Company in 2021 fulfilling a childhood dream of starting a business.  Over the course of 15 years Adam spent time working with local brokerages as well as a large national brokerage to gain as much industry knowledge as possible to best meet the needs of his clients.  Today Adam works with employers throughout California who are sick of the status quo and are willing to explore alternative solutions to best meet the healthcare needs of their employees.

Adam has been married to his wife Kari for over 15 years and together they have 4 children.  In his spare time Adam enjoys coaching his children’s sports teams and playing golf.  Adam is active in his local church also serves on the board of directors for Kings Christian School in Lemoore, CA.

Faith Craft has worked in the employee benefits arena for 7 years and has been Adam’s right hand for the past 5 years.  Faith is highly detail oriented and goes to great lengths to make sure our clients and their employees fully understand their programs.  She is an excellent resource for our clients and is always eager to assist in any issue.
